Fold python-gtkmvc and SaneMe dependencies into the distribution.

These two dependencies are uncommon enough in repositories that it really is not fair to expect users to dig them up and install them. For the sake of easy installation they should be folded in under the /nostaples source tree.

Also, this will allow me to move ahead with upgrading to python-gtkmvc 1.3 when Roberto finishes it.

    Resolving this ticket as SaneMe has been folded back in. Folding in python-gtkmvc will be pushed out until Roberto finishes his work on the 1.3 release.
